一枚目が鎌倉時代の大鎧で、兜は鉄鋲が打たれた星兜で星は時代が下がるにつれて小さくなり、角みたいな飾りの鍬形はない。それが室町南北朝になると二枚目の何本も筋が入った筋兜になって鍬形がつき、側頭～後頭部を覆う𩊱(しころ)というカバーが、動きやすいように笠みたいな広がり気味の形になる。

The sword he holds was given to him by the fisher king as a test. He succeeds in repairing it but the crack remains until Percival can reach true purity.
Knight of the Percival was raised ignorent from the ways of men by his mother, in hope he wouldn't die in battle like the rest of his family. Yet when his path cross the knights of the round table his destiny is put in motion.
Well… time to humble myself for a good cause. Ive been working on this piece but i havent been quite happy w/ the results so far. Something about the pose seems a bit off (too stiff? Awkward angle for the swords?) but im struggling to fix it. Also not quite sold - (1/2)

thankfully cartoony styles are much more forgiving with "accurate" anatomy, but the point still stands even with more "realistic" styles. mistakes i used to make usually come from overfocusing too early.
