I'm thinking about 3 inches tall and made of the mochi minky and fluff stuff squishmellows are made of, with some wood or plastic beads added on to the chain part so it's as close to canon as possible 👀✨ lil mockup for ref:
I tried really hard to save this guy with revisions but ultimately my issue was with the original design artwork - using big bold lines usually indicates a new 3d form, so looking back I can see how they got the mandibles... here's a few of the revision sheets to give you an idea
