Man... Yugioh was my first big obsession as a teen and I've actually been doing a manga reread this summer. It's got such a beating heart inside it and will always be one of my favorite series ever.
Revisiting the YuGiOh manga has been such a treat. When evil Bakura gets the gang to play a TTRPG so he can trap their souls in D&D minis, the first thing he does is diligently explain the rules
When he gets called out for cheating he goes ....fine.. and adds ADDITIONAL play rules
