Haha I'm a functional adult that can use the phone no problem, yep, definitely *sweats*. I've had a problem with phone calls most of my life and have made progress with it to the point that I can sound almost normal during them. The build up to a call is still pure agony though.
All I needed was a HINT of a scary thing for my imagination to take over and make up the rest. I think some of the movies I had nightmares about (without actually seeing much of them )were - the 6th sense, Scream and The Ring. Did you have any movies that scarred you as a kid?

Anyone else constantly has vivid nightmares that wake you up crying in the middle of the night? Just me? haha :'D. This one time I woke up and convinced myself that Mike wasn't breathing and it was a whole thing.
