ADHD behavior can be full of contradictions. I often see people give reasons as to why someone else can't have it and almost every time that reason either doesn't contradict ADHD, or can be even more of a sign for it.
I think I've had identity issues most of my life because my ADHD would switch between extremes that made not much sense when paired up. #adhs #tdah

I could never figure out why I'm so lazy - but always so exhausted. I always try to make things right, just to get them wrong all over again. This is one of the things that really make me question myself.
