She was always thinking that things could go different back then if she had the power to fight. And now that she has it, she's afraid that it might be used by someone else again. And so she asks them to help her to learn how to fight.
Tsubasa: "You shouldn't worry, Kohinata. You already know how to fight." Chris: "Indeed! But we'll support you anyway. Even without a Gear you instantly rush to help someone in need. That kindness has saved me. You've already fought before..." Hibiki: "We all believe in you."
