I think Joseph adopting Shizuka in the end, was something that gave him more purpose in his life, and just generally made him happier, given how much he cares about his kids . And so he'd look after Shizuka, too. For as long as he's alive and able. 10/12
One scene in particular that i think about a lot, is the scene in sdc, when suzi is visiting holly in japan . Specifically, the scene in the car, when rosas is agonising over telling suzi the truth, before suzi reveals she already knows . 2/19
And one of the most clear things on the Joestar household, to me, is this panel in particular. Holly and Joseph are fairly similar, in that they would prefer to lie and keep up appearances, so people don't worry about how they're doing. 4/19

something i really love about 4seph's outfit is, even though only present in the manga at the end, araki draws joseph's hat more similar to the aviator hats he very often puts young joseph in (regardless of art style) to me, it says that joseph is forever a pilot boy at heart.
