Day 4 of #ADHDInvasion- I tend to carry a lot of guilt for the things that are more difficult for me as an ADHD person. Certain tasks seem so easy in concept, but then I struggle to follow through. Luckily, sometimes there are more manageable ways to complete those tasks. :)
How can one show empathy in a healthy way? And how do you like to be supported? This question is something I personally struggle with on a daily basis.
