@GumshoeGamer I think he's pretty cool, I'm glad we got a new modern "villain" of sorts, we don't really have many who aren't gods of destruction or Zavok. IDW has been amazing with giving us Sonic villains
Dulcy the Dragon is a character originating from the Sonic "SatAM" cartoon, carried into the Archie comics. After the SGW, she was drastically changed to fit the modern aesthetic of Sonic characters, and is the leader of Chun-Nan's Freedom Fighter group, the Shijin Warriors.
