Some boards I did for Mousechurian Candidate on Animaniacs! I had so much fun with these backgrounds and the BG Artists DID SUCH A GOOD JOB. T_T I took a lot of inspiration from Rescuers Down Under for these bits.
From "How to Brain Your Dragon" on Animaniacs! Benedict's design got revamped/punched up after the boards were mostly done, so I had the privilege of diving back in and drawing him on model for some bits and figuring out some cool poses. I just.... I love him so much....

Today's Art Tip is a basic bit about staging and handling wider shots! A lot of beginners do a TON of midshots and closeups in their work because those are EASIER TO DO, DANGIT, but playing with the camera makes your work & stories way more engaging to the audience.
Take it from a jaded professional: only Inexperienced Artists and the People Who Exploit Them believe that you just need to work harder (and for free).
