In honor of Gary Larson coming back, here's my favorite Far Side comic of all time. The amount of information conveyed with so few lines is staggering. Such an incredible sight gag. I feel like I learn so much about storyboarding every time I revisit this image.

oh yeah this was the episode we got a slightly-modified "dreamworks face" joke in there too a heh heh hehhhh...

Hi! I put up a 50 page packet of Storyboard Tips covering some moderate-to-advanced topics (POV, cinematic shots, etc). It's pay-what-you-want, and all proceeds go to @InnerCityArts. https://t.co/2DZsIGs5IT

When this post goes around, it always leaves off the third panel. Which is the most important panel. Milt was saying HE was not "smart enough" to listen to music. Different brains, different people.

Sometimes you draw a pose and are like "Yeah, I know we can't give Nate sharp teeth just for one pose and can't do the dramatic lighting but it'll be fun for the pitch" and then SOMETIMES THEY GO FOR IT AND DO IT!
