    To compare, here's some thumbs from a recent fan comic project I did- since I didn't have to show this to an editor and it was just for me, they're a lot looser (and I also was able to halfway through drawing a page decide to stretch out pages/add more elements/etc etc etc)

    (2/2) This is a much more polished sketch-writing pass than I normally do for a scene before thumbnails- (I think I had a lot of feelings about it at the time...?) but we ultimately cut it since it would flow weirdly. Still fun to look back on now!
