it was crypto's idea to collab, and of course i was delighted bc collaborating with them is a stupendous joy, but also bc they wanted to draw FAWNS!! we decided to do alternating steps of the process, beginning with crypto's initial sketch, which they sent me digitally.
i referenced their sketch in producing a version with clean pencil lines, scanned that and emailed it.
