All Might tried to scare Aizawa as a prank (didn't work). All Might is dressed like that bc the class B kids asked him to act in a short movie sort of like The Ring. All Might is so cute, he immediately goes "just kidding! I hope I didn't scare you." and Aizawa "Not really."
Class B sent the kids the movie starring AM. They think the guy looks familiar 😂 Deku suspects it's AM.
