Rules: There are 2 groups. In the Infield, you can use your quirks to ATK/DEF. Once you're hit by the ball, you go to the outfield. No quirks there. You can return to the infield if your ally takes out an enemy. NO HITS TO THE HEAD OR YOU'RE OUT!

Teams were chosen by lottery but this feels like ATK/DPS team vs DEF/SUPPORT team Akiyama is so biased haha.
