Small things: Shigaraki's speed lines and on the second page Deku's trajectory looks neater. And there's a transparent shadow around Shigaraki.
[Volume vs Weekly] This was slightly retouched. There are more effects in the background and OFA electricity, and it's like Horikoshi filled some gaps on Shigaraki's leg and changed the direction of the spiky linework. You can barely tell unless you flip btw the panels.
