The little bird is gonna be Koda, the hands Shoji/Hagakure's flash, the arms could be a flamethrower for Shoto (maybe he has nitrogen or smth else for cold too?), the tail is Ojiro, and I'm expecting AP shot for Bakugo but he could have something to detonate too.
