Oh man, here's something silly: Rosita carries her own special patolli beans in a briefcase- which is exactly how I stored my ygo and Pokémon cards with me as a kid. Borrowed my moms makeup case and walked around pretending it was my own Kaiba case LOL
The real life refs vs the bgs I drew up for the episode- it's fascinating trying to piece together the way a man lived/worked 80 odd years ago. I loved looking through the few photos and portraits I could find.. and my moms huge library of art history books haha
