Haven't done live figure drawing in soooo long (like, way before the pandemic). Saw some of my old gesture sketches and really want to get back out there.




Trying to design a flat-packing sketch stool the same size as my 11" x 15" sketchbook so it will fit in my backpack.




I've looked at this a lot over the last week. It's a weird drawing. I *think* it works but I can make a very convincing argument to myself as to why it doesn't.


The difference 15 years of practice makes.
