It's so easy to feel down on yourself this time of year. You're not going to magically become a new person in the new year. But you're still here, you're making progress. It's not linear, you're allowed to have bad days. Be gentle with yourself and realize how far you've come.

I've come a long way with self image and self acceptance recently and I'm really proud of myself. :)
