Just looking through old files. Had this idea for a world with a massive clocktower that was magically linked to the world. When the clock stops ticking, the movement of the stars stops and it's the mechanic's (this character) job to ascend the tower and fix it.
Settled on the designs for what I've named the Akcell and Vasuza races
