Headcanon(R!) Mikey and Akari fell in love at first sight and fell in love immediately, but it was not Leo or Raph who fell in love next... it was Donnie and Kaori. Kaori can see souls of the dead, and this has helped to clear up a certain regret for donnie (shelldon).
