I sacrificed two totes to the laundry machine tonight so you don't have to! Looks like the ink CAN lift and the dryer does damage the ink. The cotton fabric seems to shrink a bit, too. I'd recommend hand wash only.
Made a few very last second lino cut prints for #fanexpovancouver! If they dry fast enough, I'll have 5 or so of these as cards with envelopes, and as regular 6x9" prints.
The Great Emu War in Australia was pretty wild... and it's a true story, too! In 1932, the Australian military was sent to cull the large number of flightless birds eating farmers' crops, but the emus survived and still won! ?? #birdcrimes Day 28 of #inktober, done!
Which cowboy duckie would you like to see most in a "Wild West" themed art book? ?? I think I might know which one I'd like to do, but I want your opinions. Also: CORGI puppy or HUSKY? ???
He go fass (planning some more inktober birdies)
Throwback to when I painted monster girls more:
I forget how to draw humans so here's my OC Mia making a bunch of wacky faces.
Shoutout to dad-tastic for finding us some of the biggest fava beans I've ever seen and always making sure we eat our vegetables ????
I'm short on coloured markers while I'm out selling at a convention in Halifax, so here's an #Inktober #birdcrimes WIP in the meantime! This fugitive flamingo escaped from the Kansas zoo and mysteriously appeared in the Texas wilderness 15 years later, still alive and well!
More one-off #birdblobs from coffee breaks
