Yamamoto was probably the only one whom Kenma had a hard time getting along with at first. Seeing they often squabble and fight. But later on, it was revealed that Yamamoto actually admires Kenma's determination or what he calls as "willpower" to finish every tasks.

And bc of that, their friendship surprisingly developed along with Fukunaga as they're all in the same year.

Kenma and Lev are seen to be working together to perfect the timing of Lev's whip spike attack. It is mentioned by Kenma that Lev's technique is almost nonexistent and that his attacks are sloppier than Hinata's.

At first, it seems as though Kenma dislikes Lev, but this feeling eventually disappears as the two are able to attack properly later in the series. Though, Kenma still roast him him from time to time.

As for Kenma and Inuoka, not much was really shown but I presume Kenma also gives him the same approach he gives Lev but less harsher. One time where they were strategizing for their match vs Karasuno, Kenma called them "musclehead squallings" for not thinking before speaking.
