Isn't this just the softtest. Kenma is really thoughtful. From the very first time they met Kenma have been already observing Kuroo intently. And later on using those observations to deepen their relationship making them understand each other so well.

The significance of #13 to Oikawa Tooru. His first appearance was in chapter 13. Then on his first practice match against Karasuno he wore a #13 jersey. And now his ARG jersey is #13 which was José Blanco's jersey number, his inspiration who roused him to become a setter.
