This is why Superman x Wonderwoman are a bad ship tbh. Superman has killed sure but psychologically it always messes him up. Allies like Batman who are harsher but not killers don't conflict w S morals or symbolism. WW is a killer w/o remorse. That gap in beliefs is significant.

Wonderwoman only kills when "necessary" but what's necessary killing is hugely subjective. And it's her core belief that WW A) doesn't think killing is immoral or B) true villians should be classified as humans. A necessary killing to WW doesn't always mean absolutely necessary.

This isn't a dunk on her either. Her opinions on killing puts her in an important role w/in the JL and the Trinity. Superheroes should have conflicting belief systems. Building tensions among allies is a more appealing plot to me than most ensemble defeats the Big Bad stories.
