Ooo I just found a shoujo manga about a deaf woman who uses sign language! I've only read the first chapter but it's very cute! It's called A Sign of Affection or Yubisaki to Renren

The characters are all college-aged and the protagonist (Yuki) uses sign language, reading lips, and written word to communicate with her friends and crush. A small but important detail to me is how they show that reading lips is not 100% effective.
