When I was 7 I had a copy of this book and I used to try it and I would get super upset with myself because I couldn't get it right. You could take a lesson from this about learning your own style and not comparing yourself. No. I'm going to buy this book and I'm going to beat it

I've been buying a bunch of mostly child oriented "how to draw" books (like how to draw Pokemon) for a project, and I bought a reproduction of a guide book from the 30s and it's got some really useful advice in it but boy howdy, it's really "from the 1930s"
