...and the red line continues to be visible throughout the scene, underlining how the editor has all the power here, the decision's been made, and this really isn't a discussion. I thought it was a cool way to give a visual hook to a spoken conversation about words on a page.

Came across some splash pages I did for an unpublished FOWL story from... 2014? My memories from then are squirrely, but I like the look of these pages. Dig those scraggly, neurotic lines ?️
