For as much big action as there is in this issue, it's pleasantly surprising how much Everett is able to keep the crew in play. They have a sort of group personality that helps ground the opera of the Dueling Sea Kings. Also, I love this guy, he's my son
We get one last eerie visual out of a looming, oil-covered Snow-King before the big guy finally gets put on ice. So long, Torg. You were stone cold ugly but you fire on the mic.
Oddly enough, we end on a page that I definitely don't think was inked by Everett. Deadline issues? Who's to say? The script sticks the landing, though, as Namor privately acknowledges the landlubbers' moxie. A solid ending to a highly enjoyable comic book.
