I remember opening the Paprika storyboards for the first time and thinking... Like..."these are storyboard drawings?!" All each drawing needed was "rkgk" written underneath to fully cement my feelings of inadequacy.

I've spent years trying to find this specific japanese Mischief Makers book of production sketches, and someone finally scanned and uploaded it. There are so many cool poses, designs, and even weird lore (Marina has siblings?!) Hit up the archive link for some cool shit. https://t.co/CuscBLEUW9

Nier Automata is 3 years old today! I went in blind after the hype died down. It was a hard time in my personal life, so the story hit me a little harder. Two months later, I very nervously met Yoko Taro, Yosuke Saito, & Keiichi Okabe at PAX East, and they signed my art!

A lot of my drawings start as incomprehensible scribbles on my phone. Even when I move to my tablet or desktop to refine the layout, it stays really messy so the final linework doesn't have that "awkward trace of a better sketch" effect #StartToFinish
