It's been 2 years and like it's predecessor's pace, we're still on the first (non-prologue) match, but Mamiya: Dark Mahjong is interesting so far for having a main character with Akagi's boldness while not having a semblance of a poker face (to throw off everyone's composure).
A friend made the errant mistake of confusing an obscure game one friend would like with the taste of another friend who likes other obscure games. I like to hope we flanderize our obscure friends better by associating the right games with them. @LiamAllenMiller @GaoRush

I personally find making wojak edits lazy, but this is the best way I can think of to describe my frustration with a lot of usually levelheaded people applying a very racist double-standard to Japanese games where Asians apparently can't write jokes, be self-aware, or sarcastic.

With the remake, looks like they're going with a modern take on the art, but if you'll indulge me, wanted to highlight that the original Live A Live had different manga artists at the time design each of the characters for each chapter to make them stand apart.
