Rebuilding this in Blender as a proper subdivision model. There's a lot I wasn't doing right in Max. I probably won't have a lot of time to work on this but it sometimes helps to retrace your steps and figure out where you went wrong.

Some things in progress. Might render the gun up in Rebelle 5 as an experiment. I think I like this head better. I don't mind a little anthropomorphism, but something too bestial or pharaonic seems out of place.
