As promised here are some old villains that fought the Peace Patrol & Freak Force. The big baddies were Prof Plague could recreate the Biblical plagues of Egypt and Dr Splicer continuously modified his body with animal parts. Splicer eventually mutates into the Manticore.
Grim, Guise and Leech Man (later called Nervous Tick) were all part of the "bad" version of Freak Force. Slasher movie inspired Knife Head was a mercenary devoid of empathy due to the knife stuck in his head. This new version of Unit X was a clone of Master Peace.
Captain Cranium appeared in the Spandex Ballet short film from high school. His daughter took over after he retired. The Queen was a naked mole rat human hybrid who wanted to mate with superheroes to have stronger offspring. Last one is an inter-dimensional demon fetus.
