In light of the recent #SuperMario movie announcement, I feel I should remind everyone I drew some dope Mario fan art last year.
80) The World of Edena This is the first comic by Jean "Moebius" Giraud I've read. I liked how his art evolves with the characters, whose exposure to an organic world makes them less cartoonishly androgynous. The story plays like a dream, open to interpretation.
81) Godzilla: Half Century War by @HeGotGronch I've been reading the Godzilla miniseries from IDW, so far this has been the standout. It manages to include kaiju from decades of Godzilla films into one compelling narrative. The art is insanely detailed & full of energy.
