A really common thing people do is just kind of push the two heads together until the lips meet. This is kinda what I do, too, but it's still not the KISSING ACTION we're after! Unfortunately, it just looks like pushing two heads together right now.
And then some random notes :) This isn't a tutorial because kisses are super hard to draw and impossible to explain. But, if you're not drawing two heads and smushing them together, I swear it's easier! try it out, I hope one of these tips can help you.
