I wanna go for a coloring style similar to the Valiant Mario comics or Super Mario Adventures, but with my own spin on it :0

Also for those who haven't seen, I'm making a AU comic starring Jumpman and Lady, who are the Bros' parents! It'll center around the original DK trilogy and Yoshi's Island. In the comic, Spike is gonna be Salvatore's rival construction coworker, before he got into demolition :)

Based on the poll you guys wanted his Mobile Golf design for his face so I went with that! Plus a mix of Bluto and this dude from Pinocchio 😂 Since his eyes are always hidden behind sunglasses, I made them squash and stretch to better convey his expressions :D
