    I love Sound FX in comics & hope they get used more across all genre. I think the push to make comics feel "realistic" or "cinematic" limits what the medium can do. Comics has a specific grammar that folks keep wanting to cast aside/replace with cinematic language. Mazz gets it.

    comics have their own grammar and I really need to explore it more in my own work. Starting to catalogue some of these Panels, the most basic aspect of the comics language can be exploited for story. #comicbookgrammar What are some comics exclusive things you dig?

    I guess exclusive isn't right word…because the medium overlaps with others so much. Like these Eisner title pages aren't exclusive to comics but originated (maybe?) In the medium
