I was doing some pretty chaotic character sketches. Only the shittiest paper and photo quality for me ?

I bought a new tablet (xp-pen deco 01), and i'm having some weird problems with manga studio 5.0, i can't do a curved line without this kind of thing appearing. Last time i reinstalled the drivers and it got solved, but i don't wanna do that everytime. can i get some help? ?
