This one is Yoshiaki Toki (土岐義芸), which is Toshihiro Kawamoto's pen name. Kubota mentioned he's a super animator from a certain studio (BONES), and his animation mostly went uncorrected. Kawamoto did cut 103-104, 106, 108. #時をかける少女
