And now, we arrive to another one of my favorite moments. Izuku just finishes demonstrating what he's learned by mastering blackwhip. And immediately after, Ochako is the first person he goes to. He apologizes for the black whip incident and tells her he's mastered it.

Ochako tells him that the incident is what inspired her to upgrade her costume. The wire is similar to Sero's tape, and she also added jet boosters to her boots. It all increases her mobility significantly, in order to be able for save people even faster.
