The base is the same, the biggest difference is between the corners, shapes, level of details, and flatness/3d look

Start with drawing the front view of a building. Start with an as simple shape as possible.

Finally adding details! Keep practicing this and your brain will get better at this. At one point you can even draw these things free hand. But it takes time
