ONE PIECE My complicated feelings about the series aside, my love for the pre-timeskip stuff remains, incredibly strong. Formative comics.
DOROHEDORO aint nothin out there like Dorohedoro in terms of style, humor, violence or character writing. Noi is very important to me.
CALVIN AND HOBBES I feel like it's a very basic comics take, but Calvin and Hobbes is also some very formative, smartly-written comics. InCREDIBLY funny. Bless Watterson for ending it on his terms.
THE FAR SIDE Speaking of formative humor and funnies, obligated to post my favorite Far Side strip
BACKLASH Backlash is your favorite gangsters vs celestial demons vs witches vs tyrannical despots comic you haven't read yet, and i'm NOT just sayin that bc Amber is one of my best friends. This comic has artistic, comedic, and storytelling chops. https://t.co/A8BKpTcQXm
