If there's ever a Scratchin' Melodii artbook or something it's probably going to be confusing because this is already slightly outdated again as I notice I've been instinctively drawing their hair a little more spiky than droopy the more I draw it

I always loved the way Toriyama drew eyes. Sometimes the details are even poetic. Like how Goku normally has soft eyes with an incomplete outline, but in SSJ, they're consistently drawn more like Vegeta's, possibly representing the saiyan pride Vegeta gave him to defeat Frieza
