(5/?) The first thumbnail is of the Phaedridades, the limestone cliffs at Delphi. The Oracle's house is based off the Corycian Cave. Apollo was designed as a foil to his sister, and meant to be sensual, youthful, and alarming. Below, there is an earlier version of the stoa scene.
i snapped awake at 5 am today because i dreamt Mort had his normal head but a buff anime bod underneath and-
(2/?) Zagreus' foster-sister, a city leader and politician living in Seven-Gated Thebes. I always knew I wanted to write more of her, since her first appearance. She was born from the struggle between chaos and order, divine and human law.
(4/?) The first illustration is the entrance to Callisto's den. I wanted to make a bunch of extra sketches about how they survived that week, gathering snow for water, stripping bark from trees, etc. but I ran out of time.

There's little information on Moros, the god that drives men to their inevitable doom. He's listed in the Theogony as a child of Nyx and Prometheus replaces him with Elpis (false hope) so humankind can live on (the Pandora myth!). His tattoos here are also very Scythian. (10/?)
She's a child of Persephone and Hades and I think the sickle here might actually be a callback to Kronos' sickle of adamant? I'm not sure what the dagger is referring to though, might just be a fun other weapon for dual wielding! (14/?)
