Happy New Years! 2020 may have been a hard year, but it was a big year for me in terms of being diagnosed and finding the wonderful ADHD community. I felt so lost after my initial diagnosis, but I was so lucky to find people who understand and have been such great supports. 1

Out of the two of us, I am actually the more handy person. My husband means well, but he is terrible at following directions and thinks he always knows best. This doesn't work well with his more impulsive tendencies. Don't worry, we managed to make the gate work in the end! 4

I am a very indecisive person and I honestly think it's because I get analysis paralysis. If I'm offered too many choices, my brain gets super overwhelmed and I either will completely withdraw from making a decision completely, or I will choose a random option. (1/2) #adhd #comic 4

There are many theories of what causes RSD, such as being tied to C-PTSD or it being an overreaction of one's nervous system. It can affect one's reaction in many situations, such as they may be quick to jump to conclusions that could hurt their feelings, they may lash out (2/10) 4

Sometimes I wake up for the day and it feels like the effort to get motivated requires more energy and focus than I actually have to start with. I'll try my hardest, but no matter how much I try to pull the motivation lever down, it refuses to budge. (1/4) 1
