I just wanted to do a little thread about the disney animated feature American Dog by Chris Sanders (that was changed into Bolt) The concept artwork that's available online is definitely amazing & worth sharing. And I have a few things to say about it as a project 1/7
From what I've heard, what happened was, since Lasseter was made the CCO of Disney when Disney bought Pixar, he wasn't into Chris Sanders sensibilities. Sanders left the studio, & the movie was changed into Bolt. I'll always be bummed about what could have been. 7/7
