Megaempress I leaned heavily into the empress/royalty part of the name, which resulted in a vain and power hungry version of the character. I also took a lot of inspiration from Cybertron Galvatron to make her extra regal and pointy!

Shockwave (female) Her arms can split into smaller ones to multitask and or handle delicate equipment. She could also transform them in to railguns if needed. I imagine her having a robotic GlaDOS-esque voice.
