Oh dang, here's a #NoobMeVsNowMe 2014/15 vs 2018/19. I hadn't yet figured out silhouettes, simplification or just how much fun I'd have with straight against curves. This was also back when I thought I was going to get into comics.
I recommend her, Jackie Chan & Bruce Lee if you want to study action poses (also action anime like Naruto or Avatar). I scrubbed through clips until I found a pose I liked, paused it & would do really rough studies to get the feel of the pose. Here's some studies I did from 2017
