In the original Koha Ace series, Akiha captures the Nazi Master and was going to have Kohaku use truth serum on him to extract intel. Nobu kills him before that happens because he was in the way of Okita. The remake takes a different approach.
Tsukumo in Fate/Type Redline and Akiha in Koha Ace both were asked by the Church to investigate the new HGW. Both had Avalon to summon Artoria. Akiha was asked by Ciel. Tsukumo was asked by an unnamed priest instead.
